Ice: Standard/Kold Draft
Method: Build ingredients over ice in AP/Balloon glass, starting with Prosecco, then Rosé and finishing with Club Soda. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

0.5 Part Rosemary Honey (1:1 heated with 1 rosemary sprig per oz.) 0.25 Part Lemon Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit Slice & Rosemary Sprig
Glass: Collins
Ice: Standard/Kold Draft
Method: Add all ingredients with ice to a mixing tin and shake thoroughly until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig.

3 or 4 Parts* Studio by Miraval® Rosé (Adjust to taste)
2 Parts Kombucha (GT & Health-Ade brands used in lab)
1 Part Club Soda
Garnish: Match/Compliment Kombucha Flavor
Glass: AP/Balloon / Stemmed Wine Glass
Ice: Standard/Kold Draft
Method: Build ingredients over ice in AP/Balloon glass, starting with Kombucha then Rosé and finishing with Club Soda. Garnish to complement Kombucha flavor.
*Ratio adjusted around Kombucha flavors, in Academy R&D we found GT to be more subtle than Health-Ade, and adjusted for more Miraval to balance Health-Ade. For both Kombucha Brands, we used their flavors for: Watermelon, Guava, Strawberry, and Rose. All provided viable and tasty options. The flavor could inform a more bespoke cocktail name.

0.75 Parts Agave Syrup (1:1)
0.5 Parts Lime Juice
Garnish: Watermelon Slice or lime slice
Glass: AP/Footed Cocktail or stemmed wine glass

Method: Combine ingredients in mixing tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in AP or footed cocktail glass, garnish with a watermelon slice.

2 Parts Cinzano® Prosecco
1 Part Club Soda

0.5 Part Demerara Syrup (1:1)
0.5 Part Lime Juice
Garnish: Watermelon Slice
Glass: Large Rocks
Ice: Standard/Kold Draft
Method: Add all ingredients with crushed ice in a large rocks glass and swizzle. Garnish with a lime wedge, a pineapple wedge, and pineapple fronds.

0.25 Part Campari®
0.25 Part Raspberry Syrup (2:1:1 Sugar:Raspberries (Puree’d):Water) 0.25 Part Lemon Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Glass: Footed Cocktail/Coupe
Ice: None – Frozen Machine
Method: Combine all ingredients and chill until adding to Frozen machine. Serve.
*Granita Style (Off-Prem): Combine ingredients in freezer safe vessel and allow to freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours. Whip with fork to desired consistency and to aerate frozen mixture, serve.

Spicy Studio
3 Parts Studio by Miraval® Rosé
0.5 Part Ancho Verde® Original
0.5 Part Agave Nectar
0.5 Part Lime Juice
Garnish: Lime Wedge & Jalapeno Slices
Glass: DOF/Rocks or stemless wine glass
Ice: Standard/Kold Draft
Method: Add all ingredients with ice to a mixing tin and shake thoroughly until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a Double Old-Fashioned glass, garnish with a lime wedge and jalapeno slices.
Option to shake ingredients with a small japaleno slice (seeds removed) for extra spice!
FROZÉ VARIATION
Frozé de Fraise
2 Parts SKYY® Vodka
6 Parts Studio by Miraval® Rosé
5 Parts Strawberry Syrup*
3 Parts Water (Can use Rose Tea w/ no sugar added to boost flavors)
Garnish: Strawberry
Glass: AP Wine Glass or stemless wine glass
Ice: None – Frozen Machine
Method: Combine all ingredients and chill until adding to Frozen machine. Serve.
*Strawbery Syrup-equal parts berries by weight and simple syrup (1:1) by volume, blended & strained
